Find clarity, confidence, and balance again.

I provide online sessions in English for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, or relationship challenges.

Taking the first step toward support can feel uncomfortable, and that’s completely natural. My role is to offer a calm and grounded space where you can make sense of what’s been happening, reconnect with yourself, and move toward change at a pace that feels right for you.

What I Help With

Overthinking, anxiety & overwhelm

When your mind feels constantly “on,” rest and calm can feel out of reach. Together, we’ll explore what drives your anxiety and find ways to bring stability and relief.

Self-worth & perfectionism

You might appear confident to others while feeling critical or never “enough” inside. We’ll work on understanding this inner pressure and building genuine self-acceptance.

Low mood & inter-personal difficulties

Feeling detached or unmotivated can make everyday life heavy. We’ll uncover the emotional patterns behind this and help you reconnect with purpose and connection.

About Me

At Willow Psychology, I take inspiration from the resilience and flexibility of the willow tree; a reminder that while life’s challenges can bend us, they don’t have to overwhelm us.

My goal is to offer a supportive, grounded space where you can explore what’s been difficult, understand yourself more deeply, and grow stronger in the process.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s degree in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology from Utrecht University. I completed my clinical internship at iMindU GGZ, where I primarily worked with young adults and students. In addition, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and several crisis intervention techniques.

I believe that effective psychological support comes from genuine connection, curiosity, and collaboration. My approach integrates evidence-based methods with a focus on empathy and personal meaning. I’m committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participate in advanced training and scientific learning — ensuring that the care I provide is both compassionate and informed by the latest research
